The Bird Loft is the perfect country escape for anybody wishing to use it as a base for seeing friends and family and/or to visit the numerous must-see places ranging from the Ashdown Forest and The Seven Sisters to The Bluebell Steam Railway (the station is walking distance along a footpath) and numerous grand gardens and houses nearby. Also perfect for an artist or novelist to bring inspiration to their work
Designed for 2 people in comfort but if sofa is opened it reveals a sofa bed, so the studio can sleep 4.

About the Space
The Bird Loft Studio is a spacious, open-plan loft designed for two guests (or up to four with the sofa bed).
Features:
- Sleeping: King-size bed and a 3-seater sofa that converts into a sofa bed (extra charge of £20 per person per night for linen if pre-arranged).
- Living & Dining: Comfortable seating, dining table with 4 chairs, and a cosy window seat.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped for your cooking needs.
- Bathroom: Separate room with a bath, hand shower attachment, toilet, and basin.
Amenities:
- WIFI: Fast internet, though mobile coverage may be intermittent (WIFI calling is recommended).
- 50″ Smart TV: Access to over 100 channels. For streaming apps like Netflix or Prime, bring your login details.
- Outdoor Space: Includes a table with benches. A charcoal BBQ is available on request.
- Our Land: In addition to the above Outdoor Space, guests are free to walk our fields and woodland at their own risk
- Public footpaths: A number of footpaths including The Greenwich Meridian Trail and the Sussex Border Path are close by
Pets & Horses:
- A maximum of two pets are allowed, subject to approval (extra charges apply). Pets must stay off furniture and be kept on a lead outdoors due to the presence of other animals.
