• 2 guests | Open Plan Bedroom/Living room/Kitchen | Bathroom – £95 per night.
• Additional guest(s) – max 2 with use of sofa bed and linen provided- £20 per additional person per night.
• Pet(s) – £25 per pet for duration of stay.
• Cleaning fee – £25 for duration of stay.

50% deposit paid on booking, balance paid 24 hours before stay.

Cancellation anytime 2 weeks prior to stay, deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of stay, lose deposit.

Cancellation within 24 hours of stay, lose full payment.
